# The Master Error Code Directory

When something goes wrong with an IPTV stream, your player app will usually flash a specific status code or error message on your screen.

Because most modern IPTV networks run on specialized middleware management systems (like the Xtream UI or XUI server panels), these codes are highly standardized. If you see an error, it rarely means your physical streaming device or app is broken. It almost always points to a specific account status, network block, or server-side issue.

Use this master directory to diagnose exactly what your TV screen is telling you.

### 🔐 1. Authentication & Account Access Errors

These codes mean your streaming app successfully reached the provider's server network, but the server explicitly rejected your connection request or your account status.

#### Error 401: Unauthorized

* What it means: The server does not recognize the subscription credentials you sent.
* The Cause: You have a typo in your username, password, or Server URL string, or the account line has been deleted.
* The Fix: Re-enter your login details. Watch out for capital letters and check for lookalike characters (like a lowercase `l` vs an uppercase `I`).

#### Error 451: Expired

* What it means: Your subscription time has officially run out.
* The Cause: The expiration date on your panel profile has passed, and the system automated a line cutoff.
* The Fix: Log into your provider's billing dashboard or contact them directly to renew or reactivate your package plan.

#### Error 452: Blocked

* What it means: Your account line or physical device has been banned by the administrator or an automated security script.
* The Cause: This is triggered by policy violations, suspected account sharing, or automated system abuse detection.
* The Fix: You must reach out to your provider's support desk to find out why your line was flagged and request a manual unblock.

#### Error 453: Disabled

* What it means: Your account line still exists and has remaining time, but it has been temporarily turned off.
* The Cause: An administrator manually flipped a switch to pause your line access, often due to a billing audit or a temporary administrative freeze.
* The Fix: Contact your provider's support team to check the status and ask them to re-enable your line access.

#### Errors 511 / 512: Authentication: Not Exists

* What it means: The master server has absolutely no record of the account parameters you are attempting to log in with.
* The Cause: This occurs if you have an egregious typo in your configuration link, or if your provider completely purged your account profile from their active database.
* The Fix: Double-check your setup details. If the credentials match your activation message letter-for-letter, your provider needs to rebuild your line on their backend panel.

### 🌐 2. IP & Network Restrictions

These errors mean your subscription account is valid, but the network environment, geographic location, or internet path you are connecting from is restricted.

#### Error 455: IP Not Allowed

* What it means: Your current public IP address is unauthorized to access the streaming server.
* The Cause: Many providers utilize an "IP Lock" that binds your account strictly to your home internet connection. If you attempt to watch on mobile data, at a hotel, or while running a VPN, the server will block you.
* The Fix: Turn off your VPN if it is active. If you recently changed home internet service providers (ISPs) or your home router reset and assigned you a new public IP, ask your provider to clear your "IP Lock" via their dashboard.

#### Error 456: Country Not Allowed

* What it means: The provider is blocking all web traffic originating from your specific geographic country.
* The Cause: This is typically implemented due to strict regional broadcasting rules or high volumes of malicious server attacks originating from that specific part of the world.
* The Fix: Turn on a high-quality VPN and change your server location to an approved country (such as a US, UK, or Canadian node) before launching your IPTV player app.

#### Error 458: User Already Connected with Different IP

* What it means: Your account is actively streaming a channel on a completely different network environment.
* The Cause: You are sharing a single-connection account with someone else, or you switched from your home Wi-Fi to mobile data before the provider's server registered that your previous streaming session ended.
* The Fix: Completely close the IPTV app on all other hardware. If you recently shut down another device, wait 2 to 3 minutes for the server's active session timer to time out and clear your line.

#### Error 464: DNS Locked

* What it means: The streaming platform expects your data requests to route through an approved domain name system (DNS) configuration.
* The Cause: You have custom, third-party DNS servers (such as Google `8.8.8.8` or Cloudflare `1.1.1.1`) mapped onto your streaming box or home router settings.
* The Fix: Revert your streaming stick or router network configuration back to "Automatic DNS" (DHCP) so it pulls the default routing parameters from your immediate network provider.

### 📱 3. User-Agent & Compatibility Errors

A "User-Agent" is a unique digital fingerprint sent by your streaming app that tells the server exactly what software client you are using (e.g., *TiviMate*, *IPTV Smarters*, or *VLC*). Providers use these parameters to block web scrapers and unsupported apps.

#### Error 454: Empty User Agent

* What it means: The data request sent from your device was completely blank and did not identify what app was attempting to connect.
* The Cause: Certain custom players or older hardware platforms fail to send a user-agent header string when establishing a server handshake.
* The Fix: Go to your IPTV player app settings (such as TiviMate), navigate to General or Advanced Settings, look for the User-Agent box, and manually type in a standard identifier string like `Mozilla/5.0` or `TiviMate`.

#### Error 457: User Agent Not Allowed (Line Base)

* What it means: Your specific account line has been restricted to run on one approved application or hardware profile, and you are trying to use an unapproved app.
* The Cause: The provider locked your account parameters to a custom branded app or a specific hardware setup.
* The Fix: You must download and use the exact application package recommended by your supplier, or contact them to lift the app restrictions on your line.

#### Error 461: Global User Agent Block

* What it means: The specific app you are using has been banned completely across the provider's entire server infrastructure.
* The Cause: Providers will globally ban specific apps or software emulators if they are found to cause server instability, execute malicious code, or bypass standard security protocols.
* The Fix: Discontinue using that specific application client and switch to a different recommended player (like TiviMate or XCIPTV).

### 📺 4. Hardware-Specific Errors (MAG / Portal Layouts)

These apply strictly to users running physical MAG boxes, Formuler devices using MYTVOnline, or software emulators configured via a hardware MAC address layout.

#### Errors 462 / 463: MAG Invalid

* What it means: The Stalker portal server does not recognize the physical hardware ID identity sent by your box.
* The Cause: Your provider made a typo when entering your MAC address into their panel, or you are trying to connect before your provider has finished activating your device ID on their system.
* The Fix: Open your app or box system settings, copy your physical MAC address string exactly (format: `00:1A:79:XX:XX:XX`), and send a photo of it to your provider to verify that it matches their database registration records layer-for-layer.

### 🛠️ 5. Server & Stream Failures

These codes indicate that your account credentials and home network configuration are working flawlessly, but the problem lies with the provider's broadcast infrastructure.

#### Error 407: Stream Down

* What it means: The specific live channel, movie file, or upstream video source feed you are trying to view is currently offline or broken.
* The Cause: The physical capture card, satellite feed source, or automated encoder stream has crashed or disconnected on the provider's backend network.
* The Fix: This cannot be resolved on your end. Simply jump to a different channel and report the broken channel name to your provider's Telegram or Discord support group so their technicians can reboot the stream source.

#### Error 500: Server Error / 503: Service Unavailable

* What it means: The provider's master data panel or distribution server software crashed completely or is failing to process inbound data traffic.
* The Cause: This typically occurs during massive live sports events or pay-per-view (PPV) broadcasts when hundreds of thousands of concurrent users hammer the server infrastructure simultaneously, triggering a bandwidth choke.
* The Fix: This is entirely an infrastructure issue on their end. Wait a few minutes for their load balancers to reset the server architecture, then reload your app.
