# Can't Buy More Credits

If you are a reseller and your master provider goes dark, freezes your account, or blocks you from adding new credits to your management panel, you are facing a critical business bottleneck.

This usually happens for two reasons: The upstream provider was shut down by a DMCA legal raid, or the vendor is locking down panels to force smaller resellers out.

#### 1. Analyze Your Panel Architecture (The "MIA" Transfer)

If your immediate supplier went missing but the master backend software panel (like Xtream UI) is still technically loading, your lines might still be transferable.

* In the sub-reseller ecosystem, your line is managed inside a tiered tree. If your direct master seller is gone, search community forums or Discord for a higher-level Master Admin on that exact same server network.
* If you can find an administrative tier above your missing seller, they can often manually transfer your panel under their corporate profile, allowing you to top up your credits directly through them.

#### 2. Safeguard Your Customer Metadata Immediately

If your panel is still active but running out of juice, do not let it lock you out. Standard IPTV panels rarely allow you to click an "Export to CSV" button.

* Manually copy out or screenshot your active client usernames, expiration dates, custom bouquets (channel layouts), and especially their device MAC addresses if they use MAG/Stalker portals.
* If the system crashes completely, you will need this data to manually set them up on a new network.

#### 3. Establish a Backup "Failover" Panel

A major operational mistake is relying entirely on a single upstream server network.

* Successful resellers maintain a secondary, minor partnership with a completely separate IPTV provider network.
* If your primary system stops allowing credit top-ups, you can quickly spin up test lines on your backup panel and seamlessly migrate your users over before they notice a service gap.

#### 4. Pivot Subscriptions to Short Tiers

If you are running dangerously low on wholesale credits and cannot refill your balance, stop selling 6-month or 12-month accounts. Shift your client packages strictly to 1-month increments. This burns significantly fewer fractional credits on your dashboard (`0.1` credits vs `1.0` credit) and buys you critical time to secure a new master supplier without turning away revenue.
