# Panel Doesnt Work

The short answer is no, you cannot click a button to automatically transfer wholesale credits or active users from one provider's panel to a completely different provider's panel.

Because different IPTV services operate on completely separate, isolated server networks, they do not share a unified backend. Your credits and user lines are locked into that specific provider's ecosystem.

However, depending on your situation, there are tactical workarounds you can use to migrate your business without losing your customers.

### Scenario 1: Moving to an Enitrely New Provider (New Server Network)

If you are abandoning your current provider because they are unstable, bad quality, or ghosting you, you are starting from scratch on the backend.

#### 1. Moving Your Wholesale Credits

* The Reality: Your old credits are permanently stuck on the old server. You cannot move a balance of 50 credits from "Provider A" to "Provider B."
* The Play: Stop buying credits on the old panel. Let your existing balance naturally run down by only renewing expiring clients on a strict 1-month basis until your credit bank sits at zero. Simultaneously, purchase a small starter pack of credits on your new backup panel.

#### 2. Moving Your Users

* The Reality: You cannot push a button to migrate accounts. A username created on one panel does not exist on the new server.
* The Play (The "Rolling Migration"): You must manually rebuild your client list over time as their subscriptions expire.
  1. Log into your old panel and take screenshots or manually note your clients' expiration dates, usernames, and any MAC addresses (for MAG/Formuler setups).
  2. When "Customer X" reaches their expiration date and pays you for the next month, do not renew them on the old panel.
  3. Instead, open your new provider's panel, generate a brand-new username/password or link their MAC address, and send the new login details to the client.
  4. *Note: For MAC address users, you must make sure you clear or delete their MAC from the old panel before activating it on the new one, or the device will cause a conflict.*

### Scenario 2: Switching Suppliers Within the Same Server Network

Sometimes, you aren't changing the actual IPTV service—you are just changing your upstream master boss because your direct supplier went missing or stopped replying, but the panel URL still loads.

#### 1. The "Master Admin" Merge

* If your sub-reseller panel belongs to a major, well-known IPTV brand network (like *Strong*, *Dino*, or *Mega*), your data exists within a massive, tiered hierarchy on their database.
* If your direct supplier vanished, you can hunt through alternative reseller forums or Telegram groups to find a higher-level Master Admin or "Super Reseller" who operates on that exact same server brand.
* If they are willing, a Master Admin has the database clearance to manually transfer your entire sub-reseller profile under their management tree. If they do this, all your active users stay intact, and you can begin buying wholesale credits directly from the new supplier. (This is usually a 50/50 shot and depends on the specific network's internal rules).

### 🛠️ Operational Takeaway for Resellers

To make future panel migrations seamless, never let the IPTV panel be your primary database.

Keep a private, encrypted spreadsheet or CRM record of every client, including their contact info (WhatsApp/Signal/Email), their device type (Firestick vs MAG box), and their current MAC address or playlist details. If an IPTV network vanishes overnight, you can buy into a brand new panel and rebuild your entire business manually inside of a single afternoon, keeping your clients updated every step of the way.
